Young Voices sings "Let it snow!". Music: Jule Styne, Arr.: Kirby Shaw. Live 2010 in Egeln. www.youngvoices.de

Here is some information I found on this group from their website.

Since singing in the school choir with the completed high school no longer stands in the context of the possibilities, decided a few former students of the leeches, and students who were still active in the school choir and the choir director Dr. Ralf O. Schubert to found a new choir – Young Voices, Chamber Choir of the leeches.

Lyrics:

Oh the weather outside is frightful,
But the fire is so delightful,
And since we've no place to go,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

It doesn't show signs of stopping,
And I've bought some corn for popping,
The lights are turned way down low,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

When we finally kiss goodnight,
How I'll hate going out in the storm!
But if you'll really hold me tight,
All the way home I'll be warm.

The fire is slowly dying,
And, my dear, we're still good-bying,
But as long as you love me so,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

About:

The wonderful Christmas song Let It Snow was created by lyricist Sammy Cahn and the composer Jule Styne in 1945. The words and lyrics of Let It Snow reflect the feeling of warmth and security associated with Christmas and also brings in the more modern customs of popping corn! The song Let It Snow was reprised in recent years when used in the Bruce Willis film Die Hard which started with the film's hero travelling to meet his family at Christmas.
